Our Acadia is having some major issues. While the service professionals and management are nice and professional, our NEW car should not be having these issues- bad radiator hose causing our Acadia to go into limp mode, the heads up display having recurrent issues- likely electrical in nature, the brakes continually screeching (nothing can be done), and the shocks in the back having recurrent issues. Have never had these type of issues with any other new car. Really disappointing and frustrating.

We cannot say enough good things about Cole Lewis! Cole was very patient with us. Cole answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns, We will certainly recommend Cole and Matthews to all of our friends, Cole should be recognized for his ability to relate to his customers. We were able to sit in the service area and watch Cole interact with his customers. Cole is a valuable employee.
